The United Nations Unconventional Culture Commission (UNUCC) is the international body empowered to vigorously observe Abnormal Public Events (APEs) throughout the world but especially in San Francisco. It is the primary monitoring and enforcement organ of the United Nations Normalcy Council.
Member state Liechtenstein currently leads the Commission and has delegated Sir EDW Lynch to command observer missions on behalf of UNUCC.
UNUCC was formerly known as the United Nations Commission on Costumes & Holidays (UNCCH).
